Pest Control
Keeping their home and property pest-free is important for the
health of the tenant, their family and their neighbours. Pests,
such as cockroaches and mice, can carry disease. Others, such as
bed bugs, can be a real nuisance.
If tenants find any kind of pests in or around their home, they
should tell their Site Manager immediately. The Site Manager will
decide on how best to deal with the problem.
Pest Control Tip Sheets
CRHC has created some tip sheets with basic information:
Preparing the Suite for Pest Control Treatment
If CRHC staff are treating the suite, one of these Information
Sheets may be provided. Tenants are asked to follow the
instructions:
The following sheets are information about what to do after a
treatment has been completed:
If a pest control operator is hired to complete the treatment,
they will provide their own Information Sheets and tenants will be
asked to follow their instructions.
