CRH is proud to partner with Coinamatic to provide laundry
services in over 30 of our buildings. The majority of our buildings
use reloadable SmartCards as an easier and more secure way of
paying for your laundry.
GardaWorld Protective Services is contracted by Capital Region
Housing to provide security on our sites and handle after
hours phone calls. GardaWorld patrols sites on evenings and
weekends while responding to tenant calls.
You can reach GardaWorld by calling 780-420-6161 between 4:30 PM
and 8:30 AM on week nights. On weekends they will answer calls
between 4:30 PM on Friday afternoon until 8:30 AM on Monday
morning.
Depending on the nature of your call, a maintenance contractor
may be required to resolve your issue. Please be aware that you
could be billed for the services provided by the contractor.
