Supportive Housing

The HOME Program

The HOME Program has been developed in communities throughout Alberta to assist individuals and families with moderate income to become home owners.

This program includes education, referrals, one-on-one counselling, downpayment assistance, matching clients with suitable housing and housing professionals, and ongoing support.

Counselling and follow-up are essential elements of the program in ensuring that individuals and families have resources, support and advocacy available to them before and after buying a home.
