Before You Call
Email is an
excellent way to get a hold of CRHC. If you do plan on emailing
CRHC, please do not include any personal or sensitive information
in the email. If you need to discuss material of this nature with
somebody at CRHC, please phone, mail, or visit our offices.
I would like to apply to CRHC
- If you are not sure which program or programs you would like to
apply for, please visit the Programs & Services section
of our website to decide which program is right for you.
- If you know which program you are looking to apply for, please
visit the How to
Apply section to learn what is needed to apply for each
program.
- If you are missing one of the necessary forms for your
application, please visit the Documents & Forms section for
the program you would like to apply for.
I have already applied to CRHC
- If you are calling to inform us that you are moving, please
download and fill out a Change of Address form. Once you have completed
the form, if you have any questions please feel free to call us. If
you do not have any questions and would just like to submit the
form, please print off the form, then mail or fax it to CRHC.
- If you are calling to inform us that there has been a change in
your circumstances, please visit the Application Updates section of our
website and read the section called Change of Information. This
section will guide you through the changes we need to know about,
and the details of the changes we need to record.
- Please remember that acceptance into any CRHC program
is based on need, not the order you applied in. Unfortunately this
means that we cannot tell you where you are on the waiting list or
how long it will take to get accepted.
CRHC is currently helping me
- If you are not sure which program you are in or are trying to
find information about your specific program, please enter the
first set of digits from your Lease ID Number into the search box at the
top of the page, beside the Go button. The first set of digits is
everything that appears before the /. Once you have entered the
first section of digits digits from your Lease ID Number, click the Go button or
press Enter. This will show you all of the pages that are related
to your program.
- If you have been asked to fill out an Annual Income Review,
have misplaced the form that was sent to you, or would like to fill
it out on the computer, you can download a copy of the Annual Income Review form.
- If you are calling to find out when your cheque is
being sent, please note that we do not know when each individual
cheque will be sent out. Rent Supplement cheques will be mailed out
in a timely manner to ensure each client receives their cheque by
the first of the month.
