The Melcor YMCA Village helps people who have housing affordability needs and would benefit from a lower rent. Rents are fixed at a rate which is at least 10% below the market rents for the area.

Belvedere Apartments was built with the express purpose of providing Northeast Edmonton with a new affordable housing option with the financial support of the Province of Alberta. We are offering a 3 bedroom apartment at 10% below the average market rent in Edmonton, which is currently $1,094.40 for 2013. We have one 2 bedroom apartment available at a rental rate that is 10% below the market average as well.

Sturgeon Foundation is a non-profit management body established in 1962 by Ministerial Order to provide subsidized housing for seniors. We offer three different living options: Independent Living (Self-Contained apartments), Supportive Living (Lodge units), and Affordable Housing (apartments). Sturgeon Foundation manages facilities in the following areas: City of St. Albert, Sturgeon County, Towns of Bon Accord, Gibbons, Legal, Morinville and Redwater.
