Change in Circumstances
Applicants must advise Capital Region Housing whenever there are
changes in their circumstances. Changes in income, family members,
or address may affect their priority and position on the waiting
list.
Change of Address
Applicants complete the Change of
Address Form and send it to our office.
Change in Income or Family Members
Applicants complete the Change
of Information Form and send it to our office.
Annual Application Update
Once a year, update forms are mailed to everyone on the waiting
list. Applicants are required to complete and return the forms. If
you would like to fill this out on the computer or have lost your
copy, please download the Application
Update Form. The information provided is used to update
individual files and the waiting list. Failure to complete and return the form may
result in cancellation of the application.
