Capital Region Housing prepares a business plan every three
years. It is a planning and management tool that is an essential
element of good business practices.
The Executive Team and Board of Directors are pleased currently

Multi-purpose Document
The business plan is a written document that serves the
following purposes:
- to describe the current state of the corporation
- to summarize directions and strategies for the corporation's
future
- to identify opportunities and associated risks
- to outline specific action plans and state expected
outcomes
